About GDPR-clean outbound

Is CloseHunt GDPR-compliant?

Yes, by design. Every signal source pulls from public APIs or sanctioned providers, every outbound writes a consent-log row, every prospect can opt out via the public portal, and every data-subject right (access / erasure) is one HTTP endpoint away.

Does CloseHunt scrape LinkedIn or other gated platforms?

No. LinkedIn outreach goes through a secure hosted-authentication flow on YOUR own account, your credentials never touch CloseHunt, and there's sanctioned data sources involved. Intent signals come from public news, sanctioned APIs (Crunchbase / Dealroom / TheirStack) or your own webhooks.

How do I respond to a data-subject access request?

POST /api/gdpr/access with the prospect's email. CloseHunt returns a JSON export of every row tied to that prospect (lead, signals, messages, replies, conversation turns, prospect activities, consent log).
