Every agent has a channel-strategy (Follow replies / Sequential fallback / Independent / Custom). The router picks the first enabled channel that respects the prospect's last-inbound channel, the interval-hours setting, and per-account daily caps. If the prospect just replied on WhatsApp, the next outbound will stay on WhatsApp unless you've told it otherwise.
Yes. SMS and Voice are independent channels in the agent wizard, you enable each one separately, and the router treats them as separate steps with their own intervals and per-account daily caps.
Not if you pick 'Follow replies' (the default). The agent fires on multiple channels until the prospect responds anywhere, then it locks to that channel. You can also use 'Sequential fallback' to try channel 1, wait, try channel 2, etc.
