Terms of Service

Baseline CloseHunt terms, replace with legal-reviewed text before public launch.

1. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CloseHunt to scrape data from any platform whose terms forbid it (LinkedIn outside the secure hosted-authentication flow CloseHunt provides, Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.). You are responsible for the legal basis under which you process the contacts you upload, the consent records you maintain, and the deliverability of the senders you connect.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for everything done under your workspace, including outbound activity on connected channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SMS, voice) and the spend incurred on every third-party provider you connect (your mailbox provider, your SMS provider, your enrichment vendors, and any optional services such as Brevo for mass-send).

3. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the Free plan. Pro and Enterprise customers receive the uptime commitment described in their order form.

4. Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts whose use triggers repeated platform-safety incidents (e.g. LinkedIn restrictions caused by ignoring the safety-layer guidance).

5. Liability

CloseHunt is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to platform account restrictions, deliverability changes, or third-party API outages affecting outbound delivery.
