About the Brevo integration

Does CloseHunt require Brevo?

No. The default email transport is your own connected mailbox (Gmail, Outlook OAuth or IMAP-SMTP). Brevo is purely optional, you only plug your own Brevo key in if you need a separate high-volume mass-send lane.

When should I bring a Brevo key?

When you want to broadcast to several thousand contacts at once (announcement, newsletter, re-engagement), or when the daily volume on your personal mailbox would put deliverability at risk. The two lanes run side by side: 1:1 sequence emails keep going through your mailbox; bulk blasts go through your own Brevo.
