About the SMS integration

Does CloseHunt handle A2P 10DLC registration?

No, your SMS provider handles the carrier registration. CloseHunt respects whatever throughput your registered campaign allows. You'll see your daily cap in Settings → Channels → SMS.

How are SMS opt-outs handled?

Inbound STOP / UNSUBSCRIBE / CANCEL keywords are detected automatically. The lead's optOutAt flag is set immediately and every active sequence is paused. Re-engagement requires explicit re-opt-in.
