The platform enables its customers to configure and operate AI-assisted sales prospecting agents that operate across several communication channels (email, professional and instant messaging, text messaging and a voice channel), including automated replies to inbound messages.

CloseHunt acts as a provider of neutral technological tools. It is the customer's responsibility, as the party responsible for the prospecting it carries out, to ensure the lawfulness of the communications made by means of the platform (legal basis for the processing, consent where applicable, compliance with applicable rules on prospecting and on combating unsolicited communications, compliance with opt-outs and with the rules specific to the platforms and channels used). These obligations are detailed in the ToU, the T&Cs of Sale, the Acceptable Use Policy and the DPA.
5. Intellectual Property

For any question relating to data protection or to exercise rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability), users may write to [email protected] or to [email protected]. Individuals targeted by a prospecting operation may also exercise their right to object and their withdrawal request via the dedicated page available at https://closehunt.io/opt-out.
